In Hidden in the Ancient World, I draw inspiration from the ancient civilizations of southeastern Iran — particularly Jiroft, Shahdad, and Shahr-e Sukhteh.
Each painting places the contemporary human figure beside ancient symbols and relics, creating a dialogue between past and present.
The series reflects on how history, mythology, and cultural memory continue to shape our modern perception.
